Event and scope

These Terms apply to tickets sold by the AFTER HOURS event team for AFTER HOURS at Chez Paul Rooftop, 519 W Algonquin Rd, Arlington Heights, Illinois, on Saturday, October 3, 2026.

All ticket sales are final

Tickets are non-refundable for changes of plan, scheduling conflicts, late arrival, failure to attend, dissatisfaction with personal preferences, or removal for violating venue or event rules. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that cannot legally be waived.

Cancellation, rescheduling or material change

If the organizer cancels the event and does not reschedule it, the purchaser will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the ticket, including mandatory ticket fees charged in the transaction.

If the event is rescheduled or its date or venue materially changes, the organizer will communicate the available ticket options. Any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law remain in effect.

Tickets, admission and conduct

Each ticket grants one person general admission to the event identified at checkout. No assigned seat is promised. Tickets may not be duplicated. Admission and alcohol service remain subject to applicable law, valid identification requirements, venue safety rules, capacity limits, and lawful directions from event or venue staff.

Ticket transfers

To request a transfer before the event, email themorningcircle7@gmail.com from the address used at checkout and include the purchaser’s full name and Stripe receipt or payment reference. A transfer is not complete until the AFTER HOURS event team confirms it in writing. Any transfer or resale must comply with applicable law.

Your agreement

By checking the agreement box and completing a purchase, the purchaser confirms that they had the opportunity to review these Terms and agrees to them for themselves and every guest for whom they purchase a ticket. The version displayed at the time of purchase governs that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms apply to purchases completed on or after August 30, 2026. A purchase completed before that date remains governed by the version shown when that purchase was completed.

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Illinois for this Illinois event, without limiting any consumer right that cannot legally be waived. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Website privacy and analytics

When you allow analytics, this website uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic sources and how visitors use the site. The information may include pseudonymous identifiers, page visits, referring campaign, approximate location, browser and device information, clicks, scrolling, active time, and where a visit ends. Clarity may also create heatmaps and masked session replays.

Analytics providers may use first- and third-party cookies or similar technologies. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, card details, or other checkout information to these analytics services. Stripe processes ticket payments separately under its own privacy practices.

You can allow or decline optional analytics from the notice shown on this site and reopen that choice using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Declining does not prevent you from viewing the site or purchasing a ticket.
